Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the trvld iOS app. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use trvld. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; keep your sign-in method secure.
Your content
You own the content you post - spots, rankings, notes, and photos. By posting, you grant trvld a license to store and display that content to you and to friends you have accepted, which is what the app does. You can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time.
Acceptable use and objectionable content
trvld has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Do not post content that is illegal, pornographic, hateful, harassing, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not impersonate others or spam.
You can report content or users from within the app, and you can block any user. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that violates these terms is removed and repeat or serious offenders are banned.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.
Disclaimers
trvld is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Place data is sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, trvld's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to use the app (currently nothing).
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
